The
University of Hawaii at Manoa (UH), located in Honolulu, is the
state’s oldest and largest campus. Enrolling some 20,000
students, the Manoa campus is a major, urban, comprehensive research
university. Its baccalaureate degree programs, many of which have
an Asian and Pacific emphasis, prepare students for employment
or further graduate study. Students have access to a major research
library, a large computing center, laboratories, and a full array
of athletic, cultural, and recreational facilities.
